Paddypan Squash

An ancient Native American heirloom squash, grown by the Northern tribes for hundreds of years. It dates back to 1591 and is among the best-tasting varieties with beautiful, scalloped edges. Can be roasted just like any squash, made into soup, or scooped out and stuffed and baked.
