A classic heirloom pepper producing sweet fruits with no heat. When ripe they turn a light yellow and they grow in sweetness as the fruit darkens to a golden yellow even orange color. Extremely versatile, you can add to them cheesesteaks or brats, they can be used as a pizza topping or stir fried and they are excellent pickled and then added to salads and sandwiches.
